Delivery & Refund Policy
Please allow 5 to 6 weeks for delivery, as each piece is custom-made to order. Please note that custom-made orders cannot be refunded, but we'll email you before the start of production to ensure all details are processed according to your choice.
If your item is lost or damaged during delivery, we'll work with you to arrange a return and refund. Our shipping method requires a receiver's signature wherever possible, and all goods are inspected and photographed before shipment to ensure quality control. An opening box photo is essential for any claim. We request that a photo or video be taken during the opening process.
