What if the item is lost or damaged during delivery?

All goods are inspected and photos are taken before shipment, however, if damage occurs during delivery we will request you to send the opening box photos of the goods and you will be advised accordingly about the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
