What if the item is lost or damaged during delivery?

We ship our goods via a method where a receiver's signature is required. Goods will not be left at your doorstep without a signature wherever logistically possible. All goods are inspected and photos are taken before shipment, however, if damage occurs during delivery we will request you to send the opening box photos of the goods and you will be advised accordingly about the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
